ROLE: Unit Head, Merchant Services & Agency Banking
GRADE: Assistant Manager
To develop and manage Merchant and Agency Banking services in line with the strategic plan of the bank, in order to deliver efficient solutions to clients profitably and meet revenue targets.
Key Notes –
Establish and drive the Merchant and Agency Banking strategies in line with overall bank’s objectives
Design and implement service experience and carry out branding of agencies as well as training of agents, field officers and relationship managers to ensure delivery of exceptional service to customers.
Continuously monitor and review process flows and ensure availability and reliability of the systems for seamless agent transactions.
Initiate business cases and product concepts for value added services on merchant and agency channels and seek necessary approvals for implementation.
