Branch Manager

Location: Osogbo, Lewis (Lagos Island), Ekwulobia (Imo), Nsukka(Enugu)
Proposed Grade: SBO- AM

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Provide leadership / direction and continually enhance team performance  to achieve quality customer service delivery

• manage RM’s , Customer service and support staff within the branch

• Mobilize revenue for the branch

• Coordinate sales execution plan by customer segment and product

• Monitor sales pipeline and identify additional methods of improving performance

• Manage sales KPIs and coordinate staff in the branch with respective tasks, responsibilities and target allocations
• To enhance the bank’s funds mobilization and overall profitability through targeted marketing at the branch

• To grow bank’s revenue base at the branch, by ensuring sales of all products across the spectrum; ebusiness, loans and deposit liabilities
• Interact with key customers to help finalize significant deals

• Participate in development of yearly sales plans and reforecast

• Process requests for loans and advances

• Maintain comprehensive database on unit credit portfolio

• Monitor / review credit disbursements and documentation received from customers and ensure adherence to bank’s credit guidelines

• Monitor credit and schedule restructuring as required

• Responsible for the retail and Business banking loan growth in the branch

• Responsible for the deposit growth on all liabilities (current, savings and domiciliary accounts)

• Ensure that customer acquisition targets are achieved within the Branch

• Coordinate and oversee Market Storm exercises, working in conjunction with   other branches in the cluster

• Acquisition

• balance sheet growth (assets and liability)

• debit card on new to bank and portfolio customers

• online and mobile banking conversions

• manage RM’s and support staff within the branch
