Business Development Manager, Corporate

Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM), Real Estate is responsible for securing a pipeline of users and members for the company’s operating properties through corporate partnerships and any other channels as the business strategy may determine.

The role requires improving the value proposition and product offering of our operating properties by incorporating new features and services either through partnerships with 3rd parties or working with teams within the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Identify partnership and new business opportunities.
  • Outline and define value proposition and product offerings for potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Follow through with negotiations, closing and onboarding of new partners/customers.
  • Provide reporting and analytics of business development performance.
  • Provide input into strategic planning for the business based on research and market analysis.
  • Provide feedback and input into product development and management.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field
  • 7- 10 years of work experience preferably Fintech, proptech or other industry-tech background.
  • Corporate Sales, Relationship Management or Business development experience

  • Skilled in deal origination.
  • Adept at client relationship management.
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Exacting attention to detail, picking up on the details that others miss.
