Lead the enterprise in planning and implementing digital initiatives to support both business operations.
Develop plans for implementation of the digital program in alignment with Company’s Digital vision
Execute and monitor implementation of digital transformation program
Present progress of digital initiatives to the Digital Strategy Committee (ITSSC – Innovation, Technology and Security Steering Committee)
Sets baseline metrics for tracking returns on digital initiatives
Monitor and report on implementation of digital strategy and transformation journey
Responsible for benefits realization tracking
Produce periodic performance reports on the digital program detailing milestones achieved, issues, and risks for management attention
Set, monitor, and report against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Champions project management disciplines and provides the processes, structures, and tools for individual project management and program management across the transformation.
Provides a governance structure. The role ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.
Champion business change management initiatives
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources,
International Development, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business transformation in financial industry.
Knowledge or expertise in field of IT systems, technology, SaaS platforms, enterprise software and end user devices.
Proven track record of success implementing business transformation and digital initiatives enterprise-wide in financial industry
Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration – able to work with diverse teams in diverse locations, engaging their input and commitment to success.
High level of organization, managing risk and decision-making skills working in a fast-paced work environment.
