Grade: Assistant Manager – Deputy Manager
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execute overall business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of digital revenue goals
Continuous training of Smart Reach on sales process, products, operations, and the Smart Reach sales story
Mass Campaigns – Manage planning, testing, and execution of Digital Channel marketing campaigns (Online & Mobile Banking) to support business line and marketing objectives
Campaign Analysis – Responsible for post-campaign analysis of digital channel marketing campaigns
Channel Development – Provide input to help support the strategy for evolving the digital banking channels
Define, develop, and communicate strategic plan to demonstrate the value of digital campaigns and grow sales to new and existing clients
Build and monetize active pipeline of integrated sales opportunities and close business while collaborating with digital and local sales team/sales leadership to drive client satisfaction, retention and drive incremental revenue
Ensure application of digital shopper activation playbook, principles by sales/marketing teams and media agency in day-to-day communications planning
Establish and leverage networks and partnerships with external (media solution providers, peers, umbrella organisations) and internal
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
First degree in a numerate discipline (Business, Marketing, Maths, Statistics), Second degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATION
A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development
Proven record of sales management success
Experience with streaming media technology required
Extensive experience creating online sales materials
Knowledge of 3rd party billing and ad trafficking
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ability to develop polished sales presentations
Strong knowledge in digital technologies including but not limited to IoT, cloud (PaaS / SaaS), security
Experience providing guidance and feedback to build a high-performance culture
