Proposed Salary: 12m- 15m annual gross
Role Specification – Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences – Marketing/Mass Communication or any related discipline
Twelve(12) years’ professional experience in Brand Management and/or Corporate Communication with at least 5 years in senior management role
Relevant professional membership/certification is mandatory (APCON, NIM, NIPR CIM, CIPR)
Masters’ degree in related discipline would be an advantage
Lead the development and conceptualization of all the company’s brand management, marketing campaigns and interventions.
Articulate, secure stakeholder’s buy-in and lead the execution of the company’s integrated marketing and communication strategy and/or projects.
Manage the company’s Marketing and Corporate Communication’s budget and ensure value for money on all campaigns and initiatives.
Drive revenue by leveraging on group for partnership to build the brand towards achieving efficiencies, business growth and driving revenue.
Develop and implement communication’s initiatives and plans to ensure that all corporate messages are well received in a timely and engaging manner
Develop and implement internal communication plans for all company-wide projects and initiatives
Develop and implement the company’s external communication strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with advertising and brand positioning
Champion all awareness creation initiatives for the products and services and ensure the company enjoys top of mind awareness amongst all its customer segments.
Oversee the public relation initiatives including press releases, advertising, marketing materials and publications etc. Monitor the production of marketing campaign materials on behalf of the company and oversee the company’s social media campaign and correspondence ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Champion the digital marketing and communication’s agenda for the company
Serve as editor for the Intranet and Internet writing, reviews and maintaining content on websites to drive optimal user engagement
Support the sale of Company’s products across all distribution channels (Retail, Corporate and Alternative Distribution) ensuring that the sales objectives for each event is achieved.
Ensure the company enjoys appropriate representation and share of voice in the media (traditional and new media) space.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the company’s marketing and corporate communications activities.
Champion all Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives on behalf of the company.
Lead reputation management (Social Media Campaign, Customer Engagement) drives consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Manage and oversee contractual relations and correspondence with vendors and Integrated Marketing Communication Service Providers.
