Head of Regulatory Reporting

Salary: $70,000

REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 10 years’ experience as a CFO or Head of Regulatory Reporting in the financial or

banking industry.

• Subject matter expertise relevant to appropriate area of the Bank ie Financial Reporting,

Regulatory Reporting and Treasury

• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the regulatory and legislative

environment.

• Ability to understand and interpret regulations, regulatory guidance, accounting

standards and apply such in a practical manner in an operational environment.

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, direct fundraising, and investor relations.
• Experience preparing and executing local and foreign debt and equity financing

expeditions.

• Knowledge of treasury, asset, and liability management practices
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
