Job Purpose/Objective
Develop and manage the business activities of the Company’s Real Estate Business and Operations Provide day to day management and administration
Job Description
Develop and manage the business development/marketing of the Company’s real estate products/servicesConduct business analysis/environmental scanning of the real estate dealings/operationsInitiate/originate and execute real estate business not limited to facility management, property development (residential, commercial, malls, site and service), purchase and sales, agency, brokerage, facilitation, advisory services etc.Conduct due diligence on proposed deals, real estate transaction risk assessment & put in place the necessary mitigants  Source for real estate clients across the Company’s products and servicesSupervise and market both existing built and proposed properties/lands/ allocationMarket and co-market other Government approved schemes, joint venture partners and other property development companies’ properties on an approved strategic alliance/partnership  Developed a robust real estate customer database on Symplus and send them regular notifications, research notes/extract, newsletters, updates on the sectors, Court decided cases/pronouncements, Government policies and regulations on real estate/documentationsRegularly promote, publish and advertise properties and products/services using effective regular media, platforms, sponsorships, events and social media channels for defined target market/audienceConduct periodic clients’ feedbacks and market surveys and present report for management guidance in making decisionsLiaise with clients and legal department to ensure proper legal agreements and documentations for all real estate transactions and properly safe keep all relevant documentsProofing of all ledger accounts maintained for real estate transactions and reconcile the ledger accounts with Banks’ accounts/balances Liaise with corporate services department to prepare, review and file all necessary taxes. tenement and return on the company’s real estate investments to appropriate agencies and institutionMaintain all real estate dealing relevant records not limited to facility management, property development, sales, enquiries/calls log on daily basis, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and for such periodic terms as may be required by ManagementProvide the day to day leadership, supervision and administration required of the unit/Cowry Realty  Prepare the Unit/Cowry Realty’s budget, performance reports and make the necessary presentations to Management, relevant Management/ Board Committees/Board Cross sell all other Company’s products and servicesAttend all Management meetings/Committees and Board Committee meetings as may be extended by membership or invitationDrive the strategic plan, risk framework and budgets as approved by the Board from time to timePerform any other assigned role/task as may be assigned by the Company
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications:  First Degree with a minimum of second-class grade Post Graduate Qualifications: This will serve as an added advantage   Professional Qualifications: Membership of relevant professional bodies is necessary
