REPORTS TO:Group Head, Learning and DevelopmentDIVISION:Human Capital ManagementJOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for executing learning and development interventions, through design, delivery, and assessment. To develop flexible learning strategy that meets business needs and aims at achieving business objectives.

UNIT:Strategic Learning & Curriculum Development
Develop and implement learning strategies and programs; prepare learning outcomes as insightful reporting Evaluate individual, analyze learning-assessment results and organizational development needs to develop instructional aids and materials  Design and source for effective curriculums, learning methods and approaches suitable for various talent development programs and companywide needs (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) Assist managers to define and identify learning needs for recommendation to develop their team members’ individual career path Develop strategic plans to align learning programs and activities with overall corporate objectives Design and administer regular surveys to stakeholders to assess and understand knowledge and learning gaps Plan and Monitor required learning time, resources, and instructional materials to support accomplishments of learning goals Build and adapt management’s development objectives and enhancement into the learning and development strategy Ensure that expected impact on recruit and retention is spelt out in the learning and development strategyFINANCIAL Bank’s PBT CUSTOMER Customer service rating  PEOPLE Development of Learning Strategies and Programmes % Implementation of Organization Learning Needs   PROCESS & OTHERS       Effectiveness of the Bank’s Learning Strategies Quality and resourcefulness of instructional materials used  Implementation of Learning and Developmental Plan for each quarter Measures business results at the end of each quarter               RISK & CONTROL Internal Audit ratingFUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Policy formulation & implementation Learning Needs Identification Competency Management IT Appreciation & Application Knowledge Management Quality Assurance Negotiation Reporting Vendor Selection & ManagementBusiness Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Communication Performance Management BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:First degree in any discipline. Professional membership/ master’s degree will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
