HR & LEGAL OFFICER
Job Description
  Management of HCM issues:Processing of Recruitment, conversion and confirmation process. Preparation of Monthly Staff Payroll.Planning of In-House and External Training for staff.Preparation of Requisition and monthly petty cash.   Administrative Supervision:Office supervision and Maintenance. Coordination of contractors and supervision of their duties.Administrative duties and Coordination of office activities. Supervision of Driver’s activities.   Company Secretariat Management:Support the Company’s Secretary in Board meeting preparation.Drafting of Minutes and filling of Board papers.   Legal Services:Review of Legal documents.Advice on Legal matters.Interpretation of regulations and development of personnel.    
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law. Recognized professional certificate/membership will be an added advantage. Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Problem solving and quick decision-making ability Time Management
