Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all travels arrangements as per the company needs, including but not limited to flights, hotels, visas, protocol services – all within Nigeria and in all other destinations as per the need of the company
- Ensuring maintenance of company vehicles
- Ensuring usage of company cars for their designated use only
- Ensuring maintenance of company offices across Africa
- Ensuring neatness and cleanness of company offices across Africa
- Ensuring provision of office groceries / office consumables as per the need and as per the approved budget
- Ensuring catering services for company’s employees is provided on time and in the highest quality as per the approved budget
- Ensuring IT admin services are given to the various business units and various offices of the company across Nigeria and across Africa
- Support the operational activities of the company across Africa and other locations as per the company’s needs, travels willingness is mandatory
- Perform and ensure the execution of the above tasks as per the company’s SLA’s – including the development of such SLA’s
Requirements
- Experienced in operations/technological company
- Service oriented person
- Readiness to work in beyond standard working hours
- Executioner and deliverer of excellent services to the company
- Legal experience is an advantage
