Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all travels arrangements as per the company needs, including but not limited to flights, hotels, visas, protocol services – all within Nigeria and in all other destinations as per the need of the company
  • Ensuring maintenance of company vehicles
  • Ensuring usage of company cars for their designated use only
  • Ensuring maintenance of company offices across Africa
  • Ensuring neatness and cleanness of company offices across Africa
  • Ensuring provision of office groceries / office consumables as per the need and as per the approved budget
  • Ensuring catering services for company’s employees is provided on time and in the highest quality as per the approved budget
  • Ensuring IT admin services are given to the various business units and various offices of the company across Nigeria and across Africa
  • Support the operational activities of the company across Africa and other locations as per the company’s needs, travels willingness is mandatory
  • Perform and ensure the execution of the above tasks as per the company’s SLA’s – including the development of such SLA’s

Requirements

  • Experienced in operations/technological company
  • Service oriented person
  • Readiness to work in beyond standard working hours
  • Executioner and deliverer of excellent services to the company
  • Legal experience is an advantage
