Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc / Tech / BA in Business / Computer Science / Information Systems / Supply Chain and Logistics.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in Product Management, particularly in B2B and Operations/Supply Chain, Logistics or fulfillment operations.
• In addition to minimum experience, an additional four (4) years of relevant, demonstrated experience working as a key member of a project team developing business processes, solutions, creating business requirements and delivering business capabilities will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plan, while understanding inter-dependencies to deliver solutions.
• Used solution-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.
• Structural thinking, the ability to zoom in and out on projects to challenge solutions on multiple levels.
• Experience in developing products alongside moving parts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile product management experience.
• Have a customer-centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics.
