Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible to sell the company’s products and services. You will find unique ways to engage and build the client base and sustain the existing client relations.

You will also be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation. Define and develop public cloud security monitoring architectures and data flow patterns for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform


  • To drive long and medium term business development, sales delivery and execution. Active and effective sales closure essential.
  • Accountable for sales success and delivery to revenue targets.
  • Understand addressable market across all segments, drive sales and marketing plans.
  • Build enduring relationships with stakeholders, including customers, resellers and partners.
  • Drive and ensure accurate sales pipeline and forecast.


  • Drive sales pipeline. Generate industry sales prospects and pipeline and timely convert to revenue.
  • Ensure timely and daily sales activity reporting, providing pipeline analytics and market insight.
  • Develop Industry Sales Play and Sales Plans.
  • Develop high quality sales proposals ensuring high success rates of sales closure and conversion.
  • Develop networks across all industry verticals.
  • Develop and ensure conclusion of Master Services Agreements and Sales Orders in conjunction with the Commercial and Legal teams
  • Maintain sales funnel and pipeline tracking.
  • Manage sales reporting and management portal to ensure all customer visitation reports are up to date and tracked.


  • Develop and implement effective go to market strategies, and implement marketing plans to promote company’s capabilities to all sectors
  • Keep abreast of future developments and technologies related to the International Data Centre, Colocation and Storage markets and identify opportunities and threats for the company’s business.
  • Ensure that company’s website, Social Media and Product Literature are up to date and promote the World Class capabilities of the company
  • Work with Channel Partners on joint marketing initiatives to drive pipeline

Channel Partner Engagement

  • Work in partnership with the company’s Channel Partners to ensure the best chances of securing new contracts with their existing and target customers
  • Promote company’s services to Major Corporate organizations and develop a pipeline of opportunities for company’s services.
  • Implement effective qualification and filtering systems for opportunities to enable decisions regarding the introduction of Channel Partners to identified end user prospects.
  • Effectively manage enquiries for company’s services and implement effective lead generation and lead distribution methodologies to Channel Partners
  • Work with Channel Partners on their bids and proposals to ensure best win chance.
  • Reseller Channel Partner business development tracking.


  • Strong client focus – ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager level
  • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise
  • Knowledge of the Data Centre and telecommunications industry
  • Must be able to work independently and make sound technical decisions using the information at hand.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service whether internally or externally.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Strong communicator at all levels
  • Strong Infrastructure and IT Management knowledge
