Job Summary

  • Execute retail internal & external communications via all identified channels (emails / website/ SMS /call scripts/Push notifications/Social Media).

Support Retail’s marketing strategy, by executing the Marketing requirements of the Products, segments and alternative channels teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop review and seek approval from corporate communications for all external communications (SMS, email, website content)
  • Coordinate and showcase relevant retail content to all employees
  • Deliver Segmented and sub-segmented communications in line with the banks omni channel drive.
  • Coordinate all marketing initiatives such as the quarterly campaigns, planogram, campaign approval process, reporting, campaign draws, Segment events, Financial planning seminars.
  • Run postmortem on campaigns and provide monthly reports
  • Ensure strict adherence to the retail social media calendar. Measure engagements (mentions/ retweets/ reposts) effectiveness on SM platforms (Instagram/ Facebook/ twitter)
  • Co-ordinate Retail Gifting
  • Manage NBA and customer engagement uploads for the frontline. Track NBA performance – Direct Comms and Frontline
  • Ensure accuracy of retail content on the intranet
  • Retail planogram to the frontline to guide trade marketing
  • Competitor research and analysis
  • Identify relevant trends in the Social Media space and adapt to our comms to reach the target audience

  • Entry-level with no minimum work experience
  • First degree
