Job Title: Royalty Banking, Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos, Abia, Imo, Delta, Port-Harcourt, Uyo, Ikeja, Ilupeju, Yaba, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, and Lagos Island
Department: Sales and Distribution
Enhance Customer Experience, revenue and balance sheet growth in the Royalty segment, by building strong
relationships with high-net-worth individuals, attracting referrals for the bank and cross selling appropriate
solutions and services to Royalty customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
–Onboard New Royalty Customers and cross sell solutions to existing customers.
–Build the bank’s Royalty balance sheet and overall profitability by having close relationships and
engagements with Royalty customer base – to achieve
–Loans Volume Growth
–Products Per Customer growth
–Revenue per customer growth
–Engage with Alternate Channels, Treasury, Wealth Management & Retail Products units to
understand available solutions suited for Royalty customers – and suggest solutions based on
customer feedback / focus group findings.
–Achieve Customer acquisition targets in the Royalty space
–Actively source and onboard emerging Royalty customers
–Support Elite RMs in coverage area to drive portfolio growth by providing Elite referrals from Royalty
Qualification: A good first degree in any discipline.
Minimum Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
Good understanding of Retail Banking and customer segmentation
Basic understanding of wealth management and treasury solutions / principles
Market awareness & Knowledge of CBN regulations
Knowledge of electronic banking
